Tippy is a sweet and affectionate 13-pound Chihuahua mix who was rescued from a local pound. He's a senior gentleman, estimated to be born in 2015, and he's already neutered and up-to-date on all his vaccinations. Tippy is bonded to his friend Peanut, and they must be adopted together. He's also tested negative for heartworm.
