Luna Mae is a 7-year-old, 24 lb Miniature Schnauzer seeking a loving foster or foster-to-adopt home. She is a sweet and gentle girl who needs a calm and quiet environment to truly blossom. Luna Mae can be a bit timid with new things, so patience and understanding will help her build confidence at her own pace.

Ideal Home

Luna Mae would thrive in a quiet home without men, and she requires a securely fenced yard. She would do best in a home without small children. She gets along well with other dogs, particularly those who are more submissive and give her space.

Ongoing Health

Luna Mae has a liver shunt that is currently being managed medically. She is scheduled for surgery on June 2nd. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccinations. An experienced home that understands the needs of a schnauzer would be ideal.

Training & Support

Luna Mae can become frightened by minor things, so she needs a family committed to helping her build confidence gradually.
