Nell is a 5-year-old, neutered male Pitbull mix who weighs about 58 pounds. He was found tied up in a backyard before arriving at a county shelter in Houston, Texas, and we're so glad he's now safe in a foster home! Nell is an easygoing best friend who loves both playtime and cuddle time. He has settled into his foster home effortlessly and has become everyone's favorite laid-back companion. Whether he's playing with his dog friends, soaking up the sunshine, or leaning in for a hug, Nell is simply happy to be with his people. He's done wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and enjoys a good game of chase or wrestling, but he's just as content relaxing beside his canine companions. Nell loves people and has been wonderful with children, greeting new people with a wagging tail. He will alert you if someone is outside, but once he meets them, he's all smiles. Nell is fully house-trained and has impeccable crate manners; he rests quietly, sleeps through the night, and is comfortable being crated for several hours. He also rides beautifully in the car. Nell's most adorable quirks include the way he sits with his little paws turned outward and his incredibly soft fur. He absolutely loves stretching out in the sunshine with his back legs sprawled behind him.
