Meet Pookie! This handsome island boy made his way to us from the Bahamas and arrived at the shelter on April 15th. Pookie is a medium-energy pup who enjoys a nice walk, relaxing by your side, and spending time with his canine friends. He's housetrained, walks well on a leash, and has an easygoing personality that makes him a great companion. Pookie does especially enjoy mealtime and appreciates having his own space while he eats, but outside of that he's happy to socialize and share his days with other dogs. Whether you're heading out for an adventure or settling in for a cozy evening, Pookie is ready to be your loyal sidekick.
