About Sophie

Little Sophie is a senior Shih Tzu, around 12 or 13 years young. She arrived with us from a difficult past where she was kept on a leash constantly in a laundry room. Thankfully, she's now in a loving foster home, has been fully vetted, and is eagerly awaiting her forever family! Sophie is a gentle soul who would likely do well with other dogs and cats.

Ideal Home

Sophie would be comfortable in a home with or without other pets. Due to her small size of approximately 8 lbs, children should have prior experience with pets to ensure they can interact gently with her. She must live on Long Island.
