Rebel

Rebel is a smart, sweet, and curious boy who loves attention and learning new things, especially when treats are involved! He's a fast learner and enjoys exploring his surroundings. Rebel is playful with other dogs but can get a bit overwhelmed if play gets too rough. His favorite toys are balls and ropes, and he walks beautifully on leash, always happy to stay close by your side. Rebel has even graduated from the Puppies for Parole program at the Jefferson City Correctional Center, which is a testament to his intelligence and trainability.

Ideal Home

A loving family who can provide Rebel with plenty of attention and gentle interaction. He enjoys playing with other dogs but may do best in a home where playtime isn't overly boisterous.

Ongoing Health

Rebel is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Rebel knows several commands, including "no," "off," "sit pretty," "shake," "down," and "wait." He's also learned to press a button for a handicap door opener when prompted! He's a curious explorer and would benefit from continued positive reinforcement training to build on his existing skills.
