Marcie - PAWS

Hi, my name is Marcie. I'm a sweet, medium-sized gal who joined APA in June 2025 after coming from an animal shelter. I’m a proud graduate of the PAWS prison-training program, where I learned valuable social skills with other dogs and mastered basic obedience. While I'm still a bit selective about my canine companions, I'm eager to be a wonderful addition to my new family!

Ideal Home

Marcie is looking for a home where she can continue to build her confidence. She's still a bit picky about who her furry friends are, so she may do best as the sole dog or with a very carefully selected canine companion.

Ongoing Health

Marcie is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Marcie has graduated from the PAWS prison-training program and knows her basic obedience skills. She's working on her social skills with other dogs and can be a bit picky about her company. With continued positive reinforcement and a patient approach, she'll blossom into an even more amazing companion!
