Meet Dippy, a gentle, playful young pup rescued from a hoarding situation. He is shy at first but becomes affectionate and enjoys snuggles, check-ins, and sweet face sniffs once he trusts you. With support from his foster siblings, Dippy is making great progress and learning quickly.
