Waylon

Waylon is a 65 lb, neutered male Staffie mix who is a little over a year old. He is truly one of the biggest, goofiest, most lovable derps youll ever meet! Hes the kind of dog who doesn't quite realize he's a large dog and carries himself with the carefree enthusiasm of a much smaller pup. His personality is a fun mix of playful, curious, silly, and affectionate in his own quirky way. Waylon is a moderate energy dog who loves to play, especially with his beloved tennis balls! Once he's had a chance to burn off some energy, he settles nicely and becomes a calm companion.

Ideal Home

Waylon would thrive in an active home that appreciates his goofy personality, enjoys playtime and activity, and is ready for a big-hearted, slightly derpy companion. He would likely do well with children of all ages due to his friendly nature, but an active home that understands big, goofy dogs will be the best fit. While he doesn't require another dog in the home, he does enjoy high-energy play with canine friends his size and generally reads play cues well.

Ongoing Health

Waylon is generally healthy, but like many dogs, storms and thunder can make him a little nervous. CBD chews help him relax during those moments.

Training & Support

Waylon is house-trained and does beautifully in his crate. He walks well on leash once he's burned off a little energy, though he can zig-zag a bit when he's feeling extra curious. He has no issues with food, toys, or resource guarding.
