Milo

Milo is a handsome 3-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix who made an incredible journey to us from Kuwait! This active 80lb boy thrives on exercise and adventure. He’s a pro on the leash, loving long walks, runs, and games of fetch. After a good romp outdoors, Milo transforms into a calm and relaxed companion, happy to settle by your side. He's a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with children and all dogs, no matter their size. Milo has shown minor fear-based barking towards tall men on a couple of occasions but is otherwise very well-behaved, even in busy pet stores and restaurants, calmly observing his surroundings. He truly is the perfect blend of energetic outdoor enthusiast and laid-back indoor companion!

Milo needs an experienced owner who can provide him with plenty of physical activity to match his energetic spirit.

Milo is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Milo has shown minor instances of barking at tall men out of fear. With consistent, positive reinforcement and introductions, he can overcome this.

Transporation

Milo is currently located in South Carolina, but we provide weekly transport to the Northeast. Applicants not located on the East Coast should be prepared to travel for pickup. We are happy to arrange virtual or in-person meet-and-greets once an application is on file.
