Stormy Belle is a truly special soul dog with a beautiful black coat and captivating golden-brown eyes. She's around 5 years old and weighs 52lbs, believed to be a Shepherd mix. Stormy Belle has a shy side when meeting new people or visiting new places, but it doesn't take long for her to blossom into a loving shadow. Her heart is easily won over with a tennis ball or a tasty treat, instantly transforming her into a playful, lighthearted pup. She thrives in a calm environment and would be happiest in a home with a fenced backyard, away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced backyard in the suburbs would be ideal for Stormy Belle. She would also prefer a home with older children, around 14 and up, who can understand and respect her need for space and calm.

Ongoing Health

Stormy Belle is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP vaccine with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. She has also been tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

Stormy Belle is a smart and eager-to-please dog who is easy to train. She already knows how to sit and stay, understands the "touch" command, and has a good recall. She walks well on a leash, is crate trained, and potty trained. She also has excellent house manners and doesn't get into things she shouldn't. She is quiet and not overly demanding of attention, making her a great companion for someone who works from home.

Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs.
