Birdie

I'm Birdie, a smart, playful, and house-trained 70-pound, 4-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix! My mama always said, "Birdie, until you spread your wings, you'll have no idea how far you can fly!" Well, I'm ready to spread my wings and take flight into my forever home! I know "sit," "shake," "speak," and "lay down." I'm also crate-trained. While I'm a super sweet girl, I do have a high prey drive, so I’ll need a home without cats. Squirrels are my arch nemesis!

Ideal Home

A home with a fenced yard is a must for me to safely explore and play. I also need a family committed to my continued training to help me be the best dog I can be!

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee of $150 includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, a wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

I am house and crate trained and know several basic commands. I have a high drive with cats, so a cat-free home is essential. I would benefit from continued training to help me flourish.

Transportation

I am located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get me and returning me if the adoption does not work out.
