Marshall is a sweet and playful boy who is approximately 1 year old and weighs around 38 lbs. He came to us from animal control and has been enjoying all the attention from our volunteers while waiting for his forever family. Marshall participated in our Prison Pups immersive training program and learned so many wonderful things! He's a smart cookie and is eager to show off his skills in a loving home.
Ideal Home
Marshall is looking for a family who will give him lots of love and attention. He enjoys playing with other dogs and can be a dominant player, so a resident dog who is okay with this style of play would be a great match. He did well with two boys around 6 years old but can get a little excited and playfully nippy when they run. A home with children ages 10 and up would be the best fit for Marshall. His energy level is around 5-7, and he's ready to be an affectionate and playful companion!

Marshall is current on his annual vaccinations, micro-chipped, and neutered.
Training & Support
Marshall is a proud graduate of our Prison Pups program and has mastered "sit," "stay," "down," "come," "drop it," "leave it," and "place." He also has excellent door etiquette, good leash manners, and greets strangers nicely without jumping. He is treat-motivated, making him eager to learn more commands! While he's made great progress, Marshall is still working on his crate manners as he doesn't love being left alone. His potty habits have been good with his shelter schedule, and we hope this continues in his new home. We offer free lifetime training classes for all adopted dogs, which will be a great support for Marshall's continued training.
