Rye

Meet Rye! This sweet, soulful girl is ready to be your loyal sidekick and adventure buddy! She's a Shepherd/Malinois mix, a female around 5-6 years old, and she absolutely loves everyone, including men. Rye is super social, affectionate, and just wants to be near her people. She gets along well with dogs of all sizes and barely notices cats, making her a great fit for most households, including those with children of all ages.

Ideal Home

Rye is looking for someone who loves the outdoors and wants a constant companion. She'd thrive with a person or family who enjoys hikes, walks, and fresh air, and can include her in their daily life. Because she doesn't love loud noises and needs someone home often, she's not ideal for apartment living or homes where she'd be left alone for long periods.

Rye is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rye knows "sit" and "stay" and walks great on leash, making her a perfect walking partner. She loves chew toys, so be sure to stock up! While she's working on house training, she does have occasional accidents when she gets excited and is not doggy-door trained.
