Meet Freeda, a resilient, affectionate, and spirited Pittie mix who is about 5 years old and weighs approximately 74 lbs. Despite being a tripod, Freeda lives life to the absolute fullest and doesn't let her missing leg slow her down one bit! She loves long walks, zooming around the yard, rolling in the grass, and playing fetch like a pro. Bath time is one of her favorite things, and she's a water-loving dog who is all in for a splash. Freeda absolutely adores her people and thrives on human companionship, forming strong bonds with those she trusts. Belly rubs, couch cuddles, hugs, and snuggling in bed are some of her greatest joys. This sweet girl is fully vetted and her adoption fee is generously sponsored!

Ideal Home

Freeda is happiest as the only pet in the home where she can soak up all the love and attention for herself. She can be reactive toward other animals and is protective of her space, so a calm, structured environment will help her continue to thrive. She is best suited for teens and older children.

Freeda is fully potty trained and trustworthy when left free-roaming, so she does not require a crate. With new people, Freeda may initially bark or seem unsure, but with patience, kindness, and treats, she warms up beautifully.
