Meet Angus: Your Future Gentle (and Slightly Chaotic) Giant!

Angus is a 6-month-old, 60+ lb Bullmastiff mix with a heart as big as his paws. He was found wandering near a creek and, after being safely rescued, has been fully vetted and is now ready to find his forever home. He's a big, goofy toddler in a giant body, full of puppy energy and a love for exploring the world with his mouth. While he's learning to walk on a leash and can be a bit of a handful with his enthusiasm for play, he's eager to please and will grow into a magnificent, very large dog. He is doggie-door trained and enjoys car rides, though he needs a secure restraint to be a good co-pilot!

Ideal Home

Angus would thrive in an active household with older children who can handle his size and bouncy puppy nature. A well-fenced yard and plenty of time for playtime and adventures are a must. He is definitely too much energy for feline friends.

Ongoing Health

Angus is healthy and ready to go! He is neutered, up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccines (including Rabies and Bordetella), heartworm negative, and microchipped. He is current on flea, tick, heartworm, and parasite preventatives.

Training & Support

Angus is actively learning leash manners and can be a bit of a chew toy enthusiast, so expect some lovable chaos on walks! He also needs a little patience to ensure he is 100% housebroken in a new environment. He will require a proper harness or crate restraint for car rides.

Transporation

Angus is located in Hico, Texas. Out-of-state transport is available for an additional $300 fee, utilizing trusted and reputable transport partners to ensure a safe journey for our dogs to families outside of Texas.
