Shadow

Shadow is a handsome 7-year-old Pittie Mix who weighs about 50 lbs. When Shadow first arrived at our resort, he was understandably fearful and shut down due to past experiences of abuse. He wouldn't bark, wag his tail, or make eye contact, clearly showing how depressed he was. However, after a few weeks with us, Shadow has blossomed! He's much happier, more engaged, and ready to find a loving home where he can continue to grow.

Ideal Home

Shadow would thrive in a home with lots of quality time and positive affirmation. A large, fenced-in area for him to run and play would be ideal. Patience will be key, as his new owner will need to take the time to earn his trust and help him feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Shadow is fully vetted, up to date on all his vaccines, and receives monthly Simparica Trio. He currently eats Purina ProPlan.

Training & Support

Shadow is still learning to trust, and his new family will need to be patient and provide consistent positive reinforcement to help him build confidence.
