Ongoing Health

Oscar's neuter surgery is currently medically contraindicated due to lung scarring from a previous heartworm infection. He has completed his heartworm treatment and is in recovery. His lungs will be X-rayed again at his next veterinary visit, and he will remain in a pre-adoption placement until his veterinarian clears him for surgery. His health and safety are our top priorities.
