Meet Chicken, also known as Chicken Wing! This energetic and affectionate 2-year-old, 38-pound pittie mix is a true gem with a heart full of love. Despite a difficult past, including being found tied to a pole in the rain and spending over a year without adoption applications, Chicken remains the happiest and most sensitive soul. His nickname comes from a past skin sensitivity that has since cleared up, and he wears it with pride! He's fully vetted, crate-trained, and potty-trained, making him a wonderful companion. Chicken already knows basic commands like "sit," "down," and "stay," and he's a dream on leash. His favorite activities include playing fetch, swimming, and dock diving – if a tennis ball is involved, he's all in! After a good play session, he loves nothing more than burrowing under blankets for a cozy snuggle. His short coat means minimal shedding, but he'll appreciate some warm sweaters for cooler weather.

Chicken would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit. He would love a canine companion to help him navigate social situations, or he'd be content to be the sole focus of your affection.
