Bigue

Bigue (pronounced bee-jhoo) is a Poodle mix, approximately 6-years old and weighing just 12 pounds. He has proven that some of the biggest hearts come in the smallest packages, and his slightly larger eye only adds to his charming personality. Bigue is happiest when he's by his person's side, following them from room to room and even gently nudging the shower curtain to make sure they're still there. He can be cautious around unfamiliar men at first, but with time, patience, and trust, he warms up beautifully. Bigue has gotten along well with his foster sisters, but he does not like to share his favorite treasures.

Ideal Home

Bigue would thrive in a home with an active person or family who enjoys daily walks and wants a loyal sidekick. While he enjoys other dogs socially, he would do best as the only dog in the home. Because he can be vocal when left alone, a homeowner would likely be a better fit than an apartment or rental situation with close neighbors.

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs receive a complete physical/medical exam. They are treated for any issues presented, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Bigue has excellent manners inside the home. He appears to be potty trained, has not attempted to mark indoors, and sits patiently for grooming sessions. He is not a huge fan of being kenneled and will happily express his opinion for a few minutes at bedtime. He is great on walks and loves spending time in the yard.
