Louie is a big ham who is full of energy, personality, and love! He's the kind of dog who just wants to be part of whatever you're doing, as long as he's included (and maybe gets a few treats and pets along the way). Louie absolutely adores people and affection. Here at the shelter, he can be a bit rambunctious at first, but once he burns off some of that excitement, he's more than happy to settle in for some good snuggles.
