Jacque the silly guy

This cutie is Jacque! He's a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 7-month-old pup, weighing in at about 46 pounds. We think he might be a Lab/German Shepherd mix, but with rescue, it's always a bit of a guess! What truly matters is that Jacque is an adorable pup who is incredibly desperate for a loving home. He loves to play with his siblings and then settle down for lots of naps – the classic puppy life! We pride ourselves on providing detailed personality and behavioral insights to help ensure a great match. You can even schedule a FaceTime call to meet Jacque before committing.

Ideal Home

Jacque is still very young and needs a family dedicated to his training, socialization, and all the joys and challenges that puppyhood brings. A home that can provide routine, structure, clear boundaries, and consistent socialization will help him thrive and grow into a well-rounded adult dog. We require a commitment to immediate crate training upon arrival.

Ongoing Health

Jacque is a healthy pup. All vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea prevention, a heartworm preventative injection, and a heartworm test, is included in his adoption fee.

Training & Support

Jacque will need a family committed to training and socialization. We require that adopters begin crate training immediately to help with potty training, energy management, and overall development.

Transporation

Jacque is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You'll be able to track his journey in real time with photo updates and connect with other adopters on a private Facebook event page. There is an $87 surcharge for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up in the Houston area.
