Maverick

Maverick, approximately 2.5 years old, is a handsome German Shepherd with a resilient spirit. He and his bonded companion, Faith, were found surviving in an abandoned building with their puppies. Despite a past that likely included abuse, Maverick has shown incredible progress with patience and kindness. He's intelligent and eager to learn, though he's still working on his formal obedience and recall. Maverick may be reserved at first, but he warms up quickly to those who earn his trust.

Ideal Home

Maverick would thrive in a home with experienced German Shepherd adopters who can commit to his continued training and socialization. A patient and structured environment will help him build confidence and become the loyal companion he is meant to be.

Ongoing Health

Maverick is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. He is also leash-trained and takes treats gently.

Training & Support

Maverick is responsive to training and eager to learn, but he does not have formal obedience training. His recall is still a work in progress.
