Zumi Cutie is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 2 years old and weighing 52 lbs. When greeting new people, Zumi is a bit shy at first, but he quickly warms up and enjoys leaning in for affection. He shows his affection with gentle nudges and thoughtful closeness, never being overly demanding. You'll see in his video how happy and excited he gets with the people he loves, turning into a wiggliest, happiest guy!
Ideal Home
Zumi would thrive in a home with a semi-active family looking for a buddy to take on adventures and be a loving companion. He would do best in a suburban home with a backyard where he can stretch his legs and enjoy the sunshine, rather than in the heart of the city. He also does best in a kitty-free home.
Ongoing Health
Zumi is a rescue dog, and as with any rescue, his breed and age cannot be guaranteed.
Training & Support
Zumi is eager to please and motivated by treats. He is already crate trained and potty trained, and he does best with a couple of potty breaks throughout the day. He walks well on a leash and hardly ever pulls.

Zumi is located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. This service ensures every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick-up locations are in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track your pet's journey in real time, receive photo updates, and connect with fellow adopters through a private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
