Kayla

Kayla is a 10-year-young Lhasa Apso with a charming white coat, weighing in at 12 lbs. She's spayed, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines and monthly preventatives. Kayla's favorite things include snuggling in cozy beds and blankets, gentle voices and reassurance, following her humans everywhere, and being the world's fanciest baby. She also enjoys the company of her doggie siblings, both big and small. Kayla is mostly blind, but she's a smart girl who quickly learns her environment and can safely navigate her home once familiar. She's doing wonderfully with house and potty training. Kayla is the epitome of sweet and mild-tempered, a quiet soul who longs to feel safe and loved.

Ideal Home

Kayla would do best with humans who are home often and understand vision limitations. She would also enjoy having gentle doggie siblings, especially if you're out of the house often. She needs a yard, and a fenced yard is recommended as she's unfamiliar with harnesses and leashes.
