Elsa is a beautiful girl who had a rough start and is learning to trust. She had poor socialization to humans before coming to us, but she's blossomed in her foster home and is now a cherished princess! While she's still a bit shy around sudden movements and unfamiliar affection, she's formed a strong bond with one person and will likely find her special person in her new home. Elsa takes her cues from the other dogs in the house, which helps her know the ropes, like when to eat and when to go outside. She's not big on rowdy play but loves to relax with her chew toys and is incredibly fond of cuddles. She's a very good girl in her kennel and is potty-trained. Her favorite spots are the bed or couch, and she reliably settles into her kennel at night. Elsa is a dream with small animals and children, mostly ignoring them and letting them do their own thing.
Ideal Home
Elsa would thrive in a home where she can continue to build her confidence with a patient and loving family. She takes cues from other dogs, so a canine companion might be beneficial.
Ongoing Health
Elsa is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has been given flea and deworming preventative. She also received a health certificate for travel.
Training & Support
Elsa is potty-trained and does well in her kennel. She is learning to trust humans and may prefer one primary caregiver. She takes behavioral cues from other dogs.
