Roscoe is a young, male hound mix with a black coat, weighing in as a medium-sized dog. He was found as a starving puppy, and his early experiences have made him a bit shy with new people. However, he warms up quickly and is a sweetheart once he feels comfortable. Roscoe is great with other dogs and has shown he would be wonderful with children.
