Polka Dot is a sweet 9-year-old husky who has overcome a difficult past. She was rescued from a puppy mill and, after a heartbreaking return, was finally freed to find her forever home. Polka Dot is a bit shy due to her past but blossoms with kindness and affection. She's not fragile despite her age and can even put younger dogs in their place. Polka Dot is an escape artist and needs a home where she can be closely supervised outdoors or will spend most of her time inside. She would do well in an apartment setting with attentive owners. Due to her husky nature and prey drive, she needs a home without cats or other small animals. Polka Dot has been with Husky Halfway House for a year and is now ready for a loving family and a comfortable couch.
