Ollie is an older Lab/Pit mix looking for a new place to lay his head through no fault of his own. He is energetic, affectionate, and generally friendly. Ollie gets along well with cats, likes kids, and plays well with other dogs in normal situations. He may be timid with new people at first but warms up quickly.

Ideal Home

Ollie needs a home that understands he guards high-value treats or toys from other dogs, though he does not guard them from people.

Ongoing Health

Ollie is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. He previously had ACL surgery on his back legs, including TPLO procedures, followed by six months of hydrotherapy. He currently has no mobility issues and runs, plays, jumps, and hops onto the couch.

Training & Support

Ollie is house-trained. His microchip is registered with AKC Reunite and will be transferred to his adopter after adoption. Adopters should keep him wearing a collar with tags.
