Vera

Vera is a wonderfully sweet and welcoming dog who was rescued from a difficult situation. She's a friendly, well-socialized girl who loves people and gets along great with other dogs of all sizes. While she can be a little hesitant with new things and on leash initially, she's a quick learner and will surely blossom in a loving home. She's crate-trained and enjoys spending time outdoors. Vera is ready to be a fantastic companion for someone special!

Ideal Home

A home with another dog would be ideal for Vera, as she enjoys canine company.

Ongoing Health

Vera was treated for heartworms upon arrival and has since been spayed. She is up-to-date on all de-wormings and preventative care, including monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.

Training & Support

Vera will benefit from additional house and leash training, which she should pick up quickly with consistent positive reinforcement.
