Mallory

Mallory is a beautiful 2-3 year old Dutch Shepherd mix who found herself alone and scared during a storm. Her finders searched for an owner, but no one came forward, and now she's ready for a loving forever home! Mallory is a smart, athletic, and driven girl who absolutely adores other dogs. She has some basic obedience skills and really thrives on praise and petting.

Ideal Home

Mallory would likely do well with children over 5 years old. Due to a prey drive with cats, she would do best in a cat-free home.

Ongoing Health

Mallory is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Mallory has a prey drive with cats and can be possessive of food and toys, indicating some resource guarding. Additional training will be needed to help her with this. She learns very quickly and listens well to redirection. While she can scale a 4ft fence, her responsiveness to redirection is a great asset. She is good in the car and crates easily.

Transporation

Mallory is located in Columbia, South Carolina. Transport to the northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new pet.
