Palmer is a handsome Border Collie mix who is approximately 2½ years old and weighs 62 pounds. He is smart, athletic, playful, and eager to be an active companion. After healing from a significant foot abrasion, Palmer is ready to find his forever home.

He enjoys fetching balls, playing with toys, engaging with his people, and going on leash walks. With structure, exercise, affection, and consistent guidance, Palmer can be a loyal adventure buddy and devoted best friend.

Palmer would do best in an adult-only household familiar with the needs of an intelligent, driven dog. He should be included in an active daily routine and given room to move and a purpose to focus on.
