Ava Ariel, a 65lb bulldog mix born on September 15, 2017, is an absolute love bug and a total sweetheart! This smart girl knows all her basic commands, has excellent leash manners, and is well-trained on the "heel" command. She's highly food-motivated, making her a joy to train. Ava is also crate trained and house-trained, with a low to medium energy level. She enjoys spending time with her people and is friendly with other dogs her size or larger. Ava would do well in a home with another dog or as the only pet. She has a history of doing well with children ages 5 and up, but kitties are not a good match for her. She does experience storm and loud noise anxiety, which can be managed by providing her with a comfortable space and playing calming music. Ava is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.
Ideal Home
Ava would thrive in a home with another dog her size or larger, or as the only pet. She has done well with children ages 5 and up. She is not a good fit for homes with cats.
