I’m Maya, a 6-year-old, 60 lb Giant Schnauzer mix with a heart as big as my goofy grin. I’m full of love, loyalty, and kisses. I was surrendered with a painful bladder stone, but thanks to a kind rescue and some TLC, I’m all better now! I’m affectionate, sweet, and love being around people.

Ideal Home

I’m great with other dogs my size, but I can be a bit much for the little ones.

Ongoing Health

I am recovering from a bladder stone removal and am on a special diet that is no more expensive than high-quality dog food.

Training & Support

I’m crate trained, though I’d rather be with you. I’ve been waiting for over a year and I’m gentle, loving, and ready to be someone’s best friend.
