Declan

Declan is a big, sweet love bug who is on the hunt for his forever home! He was found as a stray and we couldn't say no to helping him and his family find new homes. Declan is a happy guy who loves everyone he meets. He enjoys running outside, playing with toys, and accepting as many treats as possible. He's a go-with-the-flow kind of fellow who loves soft beds, cozy blankets, and cuddling on the couch, especially during Hallmark movie marathons on rainy Saturdays!

Ideal Home

Declan would love a home that understands he'll need time and consistency to adjust. He has done well with middle-aged children and has been fostered with dogs of various sizes, genders, and breeds. We don't know how he'd do with cats or other small animals. Because Declan doesn't realize how big he is, he should be supervised around infants and toddlers, though he should be fine.

Ongoing Health

Declan is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. He has been treated for heartworm and is currently on prevention. Your vet may recommend additional vaccines, including for Lyme disease.

Training & Support

Declan is housebroken and crate trained, and he has wonderful house manners.
