Ongoing Health

August will be up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, and heartworm negative before adoption (age appropriate). He will also receive monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative (age appropriate), and regular deworming. August is microchipped.

Training & Support

We believe that with patience and positive reinforcement, August can learn to be a wonderful member of your family.

• We require a home visit and vet reference.
• If you rent, a copy of your lease stating pets are allowed is needed.
• If you've had a pet in the last two years, provide that vet's information.
• If you've never owned a pet or it's been over two years, provide a personal reference.
• We do not do same-day adoptions.

Transporation

August is located at our rescue center at 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL 36010. We are not open to the public without an appointment.
