Meet Oliver, or as we affectionately call him, Ollie!
Ollie's story is one of resilience and transformation. He arrived with us facing significant challenges, suffering from severe mange that left him nearly hairless and in pain. He was even on the euthanasia list at a local shelter. Thankfully, a kind volunteer and a loving foster opened their hearts to him, and our rescue stepped in to provide the care he desperately needed. After months of dedicated healing, Ollie has blossomed into a handsome, happy, and vibrant dog! Most of his fur has grown back beautifully, though a charming bald patch around his neck and shoulders may be a permanent reminder of his past, adding to his unique appeal.
Ollie is truly one of the sweetest souls you'll ever encounter. His foster family considers him their "golden child" because he's practically perfect in every way. He's fantastic with all people, including children, and he absolutely adores his canine companions. Ollie is a well-behaved boy, already potty and kennel trained. He enjoys playing with other dogs, a good chew on his toys, going for walks, car rides, and simply relaxing. Witnessing his journey from a vulnerable pup to the confident dog he is today has been incredibly heartwarming for his foster family.
Ideal Home
Ollie would thrive in a home where he can continue to be showered with love and attention. He gets along wonderfully with everyone, so he'd likely do well in a variety of family settings.
Ongoing Health
Ollie requires weekly baths to maintain the health of his skin. These baths are quick, easy, and he is very cooperative during them.
Training & Support
Ollie is a star when it comes to training! He is already potty trained and kennel trained, and he loves to play with other dogs. He's a well-rounded boy who enjoys walks, car rides, and just cuddling.

Transporation
Ollie is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. He is available for adoption in many cities across the country, and the adoption fee includes transportation to his new home.
