Meet Daquiri – A Sweet Soul in Need of Love! Daquiri is a 4 ½ year old, gentle boy who is a true cuddle bug, happiest when snuggled up next to his favorite people. He used to be a social butterfly, but after a tough experience with a larger dog, his confidence was shaken, and he’s been feeling shy and unsure around other pups. He’s searching for a patient and loving family or a dedicated person who will help him rediscover his courage and remind him what it feels like to be safe and confident again. With the right home, Daquiri is sure to blossom into the happy, playful dog he once was.
Ideal Home
Daquiri would thrive in a patient and loving home. He would do best as the only dog in the household or with a very calm, dog-savvy companion.
Ongoing Health
Daquiri is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Daquiri is a rescue dog and may require continued training efforts. He is working on building his confidence around other dogs. He will benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement.

Transporation
Daquiri is currently in Angleton, TX. He can be transported to VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & OH. Our dogs are transported on comfortable, air-conditioned buses with dedicated staff providing 24-hour care. You can follow along on their journey via a private Facebook Event page.
