Solstice

Sweet Solstice is a young dog who, despite a difficult start in life, is overflowing with love and ready to find her forever family. She arrived in our care with eight puppies, one of whom had significant medical needs, making her journey a challenging one. Solstice is currently recovering from heartworm, and with her puppies now adopted, it's her turn to find a loving home. She's a quiet soul who is a bit shy with new people, but her eagerness to befriend everyone she meets, including most dogs, shines through. Cats, however, make her nervous, so a feline-free home would be ideal for her. With a gentle touch and patient guidance, Solstice is sure to blossom into the wonderful companion she's meant to be.

Ideal Home

A quieter home with a predictable schedule would be a great fit for Solstice. While she enjoys gentle play once she feels comfortable, a calm environment will help her thrive. A home without cats is preferred.
