Meet Angie! She's a vibrant 8-month-old pup, weighing in at just over 40 pounds. Angie is brimming with playful curiosity and is convinced that everyone she meets is eager to be her best friend! If you're dreaming of a dog who respects personal space, Angie might need a moment to apologize in advance – because wherever you are is exactly where she wants to be! Whether you're brewing coffee or heading to the bathroom, Angie sees it as a group activity and wants to be right there with you. She's incredibly affectionate towards her people, adores children, and bestows kisses with joyful abandon. Her tail is almost always in motion, a constant testament to her happy spirit.
Angie is a bright spark who thrives on learning, especially when tasty treats are involved! She's already housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained. She sleeps soundly in a crate next to her foster family's bed and eagerly anticipates snuggling into her own cozy spot at bedtime. Her absolute favorite pastime is enticing one of her foster canine siblings into a game of chase. She would be absolutely delighted to have a canine brother or sister to wrestle, play, and burn off energy with.
Ideal Home
Angie would be happiest in a home with a securely fenced yard where she can safely play and explore. Due to her vocal nature, she's not suited for apartment or shared-wall living. Homes that are condos, apartments, or rentals are not a good fit. She's still a young, energetic dog and needs an active family who can provide plenty of playtime, guidance, and continue her training journey. She's not looking for a home where she'll be left alone crated for long hours.
Ongoing Health
Angie is up-to-date on vaccinations and is microchipped. She is on flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Training & Support
Angie is housebroken, crate trained, and leash trained. She has a wonderful voice and will announce things she finds noteworthy, so she's not a good fit for apartments or homes with shared walls. She is still young and will benefit from continued training and socialization from her forever family.
