Hi, I'm Rosie!
I've been told I have a way of turning heads wherever I go. Maybe it's my gorgeous gray-and-white curly coat, or maybe it's just because I'm so happy to meet new friends. Either way, I'd love to meet you!
I'm a doodle/sheepdog mix with a big heart to match my 75-pound frame. I'm a gentle girl who loves being close to my people. Whether you already have a dog or it's just going to be the two of us, I'm happy either way. I've been getting along nicely with the resident dog in my foster home, but I'm just as content spending quality time with my humans.
I'm still pretty new to foster care, so I'm learning that the world isn't such a scary place after all. Every day I'm becoming a little more confident, and my foster family says my personality is shining brighter all the time. I can't wait to show my future family just how sweet I really am.
I'm also a pretty easygoing girl. I even got a full bath during my first day in foster care, and I handled it like a champ! I like making life easy for the people who care for me.
No one knows everything about my past, but I've been doing a great job with my potty manners. I haven't had any accidents inside and I've been patiently waiting to go outside when I need to go. I'll still need my new family to help me keep up those good habits while I settle into my new home.
I haven't met any children yet, but everyone says I'm calm, gentle, and sweet. If you have little ones, I'd love to meet them first to make sure we're a perfect match.
If you're looking for a loyal best friend, a cuddle buddy, and a beautiful soul who's ready to blossom by your side, I think we should meet. I have so much love to give, and I can't wait to find the family I've been waiting for. Could it be you?
FOSTER TO ADOPT
Rosie is in our Foster to Adopt Program because she is not yet spayed. Her spay will be coming up soon. If you are interested in adopting Rosie, please fill out an Adoption Application. All medical needs other than her spay will be the responsibility of the Foster to Adopt home. The spay is covered by the rescue and will be through our vets. Once the spay is complete, the adoption will be finalized.
All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.
Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.
Adoption Fee - $400
