Ivy

Ivy is a beautiful 1-year-old Redbone Hound/Labrador Retriever mix, weighing approximately 50 pounds. She's a total package—loving, smart, easygoing, and incredibly well-mannered. Ivy adores people and greets everyone with a wagging tail and a paw shake, always ready for affection. She even has a calming effect on other dogs, as seen with her best buddy Roxas. Ivy walks beautifully on a leash, has excellent manners at home and in public, and easily adjusts to new situations. She's happy to be by your side, whether for a quiet evening or an adventure. Ivy is also fantastic with other dogs and enjoys making new canine friends. She found herself in a high-kill shelter through no fault of her own, but her sweet temperament helped save her life. Now, she's ready for a forever family to shower her with the love she so willingly gives.

Ideal Home

Ivy would thrive in a home that provides a safe and secure environment. Fully and adequately fenced yards are a must, and electric or underground fences are not accepted.

Ongoing Health

Ivy is fully vetted, spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and kept on heartworm and flea prevention.

Training & Support

Ivy is incredibly well-mannered and has excellent public manners. She is a joy to have around and easily adjusts to new situations.
