Meet Remi!
Remi's story began like so many dogs in Texas... abandoned. She was living as a stray in a neighborhood, greeting every person she met with a wagging tail and hopeful eyes, as if she was asking, "Will you be my family?" Day after day, she waited for someone to take her home. That's when we were contacted and asked to help, and thankfully, Remi's life changed forever. Today, this sweet girl is ready to find the forever home she has always deserved. At just 6 months old and 33 pounds, Remi is a beautiful Cattle Dog mix who is spayed, fully vaccinated, and current on prevention. Remi absolutely loves other dogs, but people are her favorite. There isn't a stranger she doesn't adore. She thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be wherever her humans are. If you're looking for a shadow, you've found one! She lives for belly rubs, pets, cuddles, and affection, and she'll happily soak up all the love you're willing to give.
Ideal Home
As a young Cattle Dog/Catahoula mix, Remi would do best in an active home that understands the breed's need for exercise, enrichment, and mental stimulation. She thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be wherever her humans are.

Remi is spayed, fully vaccinated, and current on prevention.
Training & Support
This smart girl is crate trained, mostly house trained, and already knows sit and stay. She is eager to learn and would flourish with a family committed to continuing her training and helping her reach her full potential.
