Penny is a sweet 6-year-old Beagle survivor who is currently in a loving foster home. She came to us pregnant and is now focused on being the best mom she can be to her soon-to-arrive pups. Penny's gentle nature shines through, and while she's not quite ready for her forever home yet, her journey is one of hope and new beginnings. We can't wait for her future chapter to begin when she and her little ones are ready!
