Meet KELLY THOMAS. Hello, we are Shane and Kelly Thomas. We are originally from Indiana. Shane served 20 years in the Air Force and we have been to many states and countries during his career. We retired in Utah but relocated to southern Illinois in 2021. We are building up our farm of miniature donkeys, sheep and of course miniature schnauzers. Our love for schnauzers created our desire to begin a breeding career. We can not express how much we adore this breed. We bought our first schnauzer in 2007, in Texas and we have not stopped. We currently have 4 adult schnauzers in our home. Their ages range between 1 and 9. We wish we had room for more but we would need to buy a bigger couch. Schnauzers are sturdy little dogs that desire to be anywhere their owners are. They require regular grooming but they do not shed their hair. They are inquisitive, playful, happy and busy. They are very intelligent and have the ability to learn quickly both good and not so good behaviors, so they need attention and training. They are alert to their surroundings and will be sure to let their people know if anything is out of the ordinary. They love to please their owners, they are loving, loyal and can be very obedient. We raise our schnauzer litters inside our home where we can interact with them every day. This also gets them accustomed to noises and activity. Maybe a schnauzer is the right fit for your family!
