Morgan Freeman is an 11-month-old, 50 lb, neutered male Pitbull mix with the kindest eyes, the sweetest face, and adorable little speckle markings on his chest. He was born in his foster home in Houston and is expected to be a large adult once fully grown. Morgan is soft, soulful, and incredibly sweet, happy boy with a gentle nature who wants nothing more than to be close to his people. While he may be a little cautious at first, he warms up quickly and becomes affectionate, social, and eager for love. He enjoys playing with his siblings, appreciates a calm environment, and has a tender temperament that makes him especially lovable. Morgan hasn't been around children yet, but we expect he will do well with kids who understand how to respect a dog’s boundaries. We have no history with cats.
Ideal Home
Morgan gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys the comfort of canine friends. We’re looking for a home where someone is home more often than away, as puppies thrive with time, structure, and lots of companionship.

Morgan is progressing well with potty training and has been introduced to a crate. He is not yet leash trained, so his new family should be ready to guide him gently as he learns about walks, harnesses, and exploring the world. With consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, he’ll grow into a confident, well-adjusted companion.

Morgan is being fostered in Houston, Texas. He can transport to the city listed on his Wags profile once an adopter has completed the screening process, virtual home visit, and reference checks. Transports run every few weeks and he will be on the next available transport once approved.
