Jojo

Jojo is a delightful young lady who came to us in 2020. She's made incredible progress since then and has largely overcome the separation anxiety she once experienced. Jojo is a happy girl who loves playing with other dogs and enjoys going for walks. She is also completely crate trained! Her past with humans hasn't always been the kindest, as she didn't receive the socialization she needed as a puppy, being left in the backyard. Despite her past, Jojo is one of the happiest dogs we've ever had the pleasure of caring for.

Ideal Home

Jojo's perfect home would include other dogs for her to socialize and play with, as she truly thrives in their company. She would also do best in a home where adults are present, as she can still experience anxiety when left alone. A family with patience as she adjusts to a new routine will help her blossom even further.

Ongoing Health

Jojo is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Jojo is still working on her training to become a calmer dog. She does wonderfully when she has her person nearby, but can get anxious when left by herself. Having another dog in the home helps to keep her calm, and she would benefit from owners who are willing to work with her on her separation anxiety and help her feel secure in her new environment.

Transporation

Jojo is located in Ramona, CA. We can arrange transportation to approved adopters.
