Berta will be spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and have been tested for heartworm, de-wormed, and started on heartworm and flea prevention. Any known medical issues are addressed before adoption, and other issues will be disclosed.

• Out-of-state adoption fee is $500, which includes a $175 non-refundable transportation fee to an approved animal transportation company.
• Adopters may be responsible for a 48-hour quarantine fee in some states.
• Your adoption fee includes microchipping, spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations, a local 2-week trial adoption, your first month's heartworm prevention, a 2-week supply of food, and a health certificate stating the dog does not have a contagious disease or internal parasites.
