Wolfie is a gorgeous and unique boy with striking, coyote-like coloring and an athletic build. He's about a year old and weighs 63 lbs. Wolfie has spent a good portion of his young life in a kennel, but that hasn't dimmed his bright spirit. He's incredibly people-friendly, good with kids, and shows no reactivity to cats or other dogs. He's a smart cookie who already knows "sit" without any formal training and is very responsive to communication. Wolfie loves life, especially when it involves adventures, walks, and attention – he's definitely a "walks over treats" kind of guy, though he is highly food-motivated! He can be a bit independent and has a knack for making you laugh. While he's clean in his kennel, he's not yet familiar with living in a house, which will be a new adventure for him.

Ideal Home

Wolfie would do best with an active family or an individual/couple who enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and is eager to engage with him.

Ongoing Health

Wolfie has no known health concerns.

Training & Support

Wolfie is not yet house-trained and will need time to adjust to living inside a home. Slow introductions to his new environment are recommended, and he should adjust well with consistent structure. He walks well on a leash, initially excited to explore but settles down and follows instructions without much pulling. He's also well-behaved in the car.
