Meet Cozy Bear! He's a sweet, smart, and affectionate 6-to-7-month-old Border Collie/German Shepherd mix with a heart of gold. Sadly, his previous owner had to relocate and couldn't take him along, so he's now looking for his forever family. Cozy Bear is already a well-behaved pup, knowing how to sit, shake, and walk nicely on a leash. He's also potty trained and crate trained, and he'll even let you know when he needs to go outside. He's a gentle soul who adores kids, cats, and other dogs, always eager to be a part of the family's activities. While he's still a bit shy around loud noises like heavy traffic and kids on bikes, with patience and consistent training, he's sure to blossom with confidence. Cozy Bear is blind in one eye, but it doesn't slow him down one bit! He has plenty of energy and loves to play ball, so he'd thrive in a home with a yard or lots of opportunities for outdoor fun. In return, you'll get a loving, well-trained companion who just needs a safe and happy place to call home.

Cozy Bear knows basic commands and is house and crate trained. He can be a little nervous around heavy traffic and kids on bikes, so continued positive reinforcement and a calm environment will help him grow in confidence.
